After nearly 3 years of running my agency, I knew I was outgrowing what I was doing and wanted my business to better reflect the change & growth in my life. Rajen held space for me to explore my vision and connect the dots between my own identity, my vision for my work & the direction for my agency.

He helped me to see the power in my values - how authentic and kindness are intrinsic to how I show up everyday in my life and work - and helped me to work out how I wanted to position myself as a Creative Director working with creative industry entrepreneurs.

We set about telling Jo's story visually through a personalised, story-driven photoshoot. We wanted to convey three aspects of her expertise and story: her creativity, individuality and leadership. We documented her day starting from her home in Cambridge, to exploring the places that bring her inspiration. It was a laid-back photoshoot that allowed Jo's personality and true nature to shine through.
